This seminar gives you the blueprint to build your own dancer-specific training, so your body performs as beautifully as your choreography.

day 1: an artist or an athlete?

To shift your mindset and help you understand that elite-level dancing demands elite-level physical preparation, because performance starts with your body. We’ll explore how treating yourself like an athlete is the key to dancing stronger, longer, and pain-free.

  • Objective setting – why we are here

This isn’t just fitness — it’s your roadmap to dancing better, stronger, and longer.

  • Dancer as a performing athlete; “Do you consider yourself an artist, an athlete… or both?”

You train choreography like an artist — now train your body like an athlete

  • Injury and longevity in ballroom:

Protect your back, knees, and neck — so your career doesn’t end before you’re done performing.

  • Physical demands in ballroom dance (how hard dance is on the body overall):

Dancing a final is a max-output sprint disguised as elegance. It is brutal – but only if you are underprepared.

  • The science of trainig for performance

You don’t need more hours — you need smarter methods.

  • Quick performance self assessment

Find your strengths and weak links — in just 15 minutes.

When you know there’s more in you—but something’s missing.

You train hard. You chase excellence. You give it everything, every day.

And still, something feels incomplete.

You see others pushing through, and you are stuck with your

performance despite all of the rounds you danced.
